Little Darlin' has been delivered... (AND A FREEBIE!)

Little Darlin' has been delivered...and it's happily cooing away at Scrapbookgraphics! Here are links to both halves:

To give you a little more to go on than the sneak peek, I've got some layouts to show you! Here's a compilation of layouts Jessica put together of layouts from her CT and mine (some of which I'll show bigger versions of below):

Yes, one of those layouts is actually mine! Shocking, I know, since I seem to scrap so infrequently sometimes. I did this last night to play with the new kit and am so pleased with how it turned out (all elements and papers from Little Darlin'):

I need to scrap more often. I had so much fun putting that together!

Weather here is *finally* nice~ Perfect blue skies, not a cloud in sight; and comfortable 70's temps!! But- we had to suffer through a week of awful humidity/heat theat ended in 2 nights of scary thunderstorms...

We've got some weird front in so that our usually sunny warm CA skies are *overcast* and it actually drizzled last night, which it rarely does in July out here. No idea why it's overcast and muggy - but it is.

It is hot here. Supposed to be 100 degrees today.
It is also a little muggy with a chance of afternoon
thunderstorms. The temp is a little lower than normal
but more humid than normal. Ick.

The weather here in the Dallas area is somewhat hot (90), sunny, with a chance of thunderstorms. I'm figuring that chance is about 100% since I can't remember the last day we didn't get at least some rain. :b

Weather: 105 - HOT, HOT, HOT - degrees at the moment and a little muggy. 30% chance of rain!!!!! Hopefully we'll get it. Looks like our dew point may have stayed high enough today for our monsoon season to start. Yay!! I love the monsoon season.

Well, I just checked weather.com since I'm too chicken to go out of my air-conditioned house, and it says it's 107F outside! Ack! We haven't had rain in more than a month, and I'm melting. Phew. (I'm in Utah, BTW.)

I forgot to leave a comment the other day - our weather here is FREAKING hot - today was the third day in a row of +33'c (92'F?) - not too bad if you're used to it, but this is Canada, it's not supposed to be that hot!!! lol Especially when you have to be outside for the entire day. DH and I officially 'moved into' the basement today, and we're contemplating on shelling out for an A/C unti.
